I am starting out this year doing a new chest / cardio routine we have been working on. I have some new gear that I am trying out ( dip bar) and bringing out the old school bench for this one. You can always substitute with a chair or 2 if you don’t have access to this stuff of course.
You can easily pack a gym sized workout in to a home gym no matter what equipment you may have.
